1. About these Terms

These Terms describe how you may use takeit.com.ua (the “Website”) and send requests through it. The Website belongs to Sole proprietor (FOP) Raisa Babak, who provides services under the trading name TakeIT. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

2. What the Website contains

The Website describes TakeIT’s managed IT services for businesses: user support, servers, backups, networks, managed server resources in European data centres and other areas.

Service descriptions, plan contents and prices on the Website are for information only and are not a public offer. Prices may be hidden or changed without separate notice.

3. Requests through the form

• You can send a request by leaving a phone number or an email address. Anything else is optional.
• Sending a request does not create a contract and does not oblige anyone to anything. It is a request for a conversation: we will contact you, clarify your task and suggest the next step.
• Final prices, scope of services, response times (SLA), timelines and other terms are agreed separately and set out in a contract. We work on a monthly contract.
• We may decline to work together if a request does not match how we work (for example, a one-off call-out without a contract or repair of personal devices).
• Provide your own contact details or details you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, access keys or confidential documents through the form.
• How we process data from the form is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the Website

Do not use the Website or the form to send spam, make automated requests, attempt to access the admin area or disrupt the Website. To protect the form, we limit the number of requests from one device.

5. Information on the Website

Materials on the Website, including articles, are general in nature and are not advice for your specific situation. We propose solutions for your infrastructure once we understand your task — for example, after an initial IT audit. We keep information up to date but may change it without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design and TakeIT logo belong to the Website owner. Client logos are shown with the clients’ permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the technologies we work with; they do not imply a partnership or certification unless stated otherwise.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Website running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — there may be breaks for updates or for technical reasons. TakeIT’s liability for services is defined by the contract with the client, not by information on the Website.

8. Links to other websites

The Website may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The law and dispute resolution for services are set out in the contract with the client. We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
