IT infrastructure monitoring and security: your systems watched, your data protected
We monitor servers, networks and backups, protect access and prepare recovery after failures.
- Automated monitoring 24/7
- Protected access and data
- Tested recovery
- Alert received
- Cause checked
- Space freed
What is happening with your systems?
We start with a check: we show the risks and decide what to fix first.
What we take care of
Six parts of a managed infrastructure. Pick an area to see the details.
Infrastructure monitoring
- Availability of physical and virtual servers, databases and key services.
- CPU and RAM load, free space and drive health where the hardware supports it.
- Network equipment, internet links, VPN, certificates and backup jobs.
We spot deviations and set the response priority.
Security events
- Central collection of events from agreed devices.
- Tracking failed sign-ins, permission changes and important system files.
- Checking alerts about vulnerabilities and unsafe settings.
There is an event history and a clear way to check alerts.
Access and accounts
- Personal accounts and separate admin accounts.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) in supported systems.
- Granting and revoking rights, closing access when people leave.
It’s clear who has access to information and why.
Networks and VPN
- VPN between offices, server sites and remote staff.
- Firewall, limiting admin interfaces and services exposed to the internet.
- Separating servers, work devices, cameras and guest Wi-Fi.
Controlled access and a contained incident.
Data encryption
- Disk encryption on work devices and supported server volumes.
- Secure transfer links and encrypted backups.
- Controlled key storage and tested access recovery.
Protection from unauthorised reading. Not a substitute for ransomware protection.
Backups and replicas
- Schedule, retention and independent backup storage.
- Replicas of critical virtual machines in an agreed architecture.
- Protected access to backups, restore tests and a documented plan.
You know where to restore from and what to start first.
From alert to recovery
Alert
We record the event and send a notification.
Check
We find the cause, impact and priority.
Response
We take the agreed steps and limit the damage.
Recovery
We bring the service back and check it works.
Report
We explain the result and next steps.
Automated monitoring runs 24/7. Engineers’ schedule and response times are set in the contract.
How it works in practice
Examples of events and agreed actions. All figures are illustrative.
Space is running out, the engineer already knows
Monitoring hits the warning threshold. We check how fast data grows, the logs and temporary files.
Get data back. Start systems. Know the order of steps.
How far back data might need to be re-created. It sets how often backups and replication run.
How quickly the service must be back. We agree the target and test that it can be met.
A replica can inherit damage from the main system. It complements independent backups and does not replace them.
How we onboard your company
A clear scope. Clear responsibility.
Protected systems
An agreed list of servers, devices, services and data. Where TakeIT’s responsibility ends and other contractors’ begins.
Schedule and SLA
Priorities, support schedule, response times and engineers’ authority during an incident are set in the contract.
Backups and tests
Backup schedule, retention, storage locations and how often restores are tested.
Extended work, replicas, storage and licences are agreed separately, after the check.
Technology for your infrastructure
- ZabbixMetrics and availability
- WazuhEvents and file changes
- VeeamBackups and recovery
- BitLockerWindows disk encryption
- WireGuardSecure VPN connections
The toolset, storage and licences are agreed after the check. Product names belong to their owners.
Frequently asked questions
We already have antivirus. What else is needed?
Antivirus covers only part of it. Access, updates, network rules, monitoring and recovery are set up separately. We start by checking your current protection.
Do you work around the clock?
Automated monitoring runs 24/7 and notifies engineers. Working hours and response times depend on how important the event is and are set in the contract.
Can we get monitoring only?
The scope can be discussed separately. We agree straight away who receives alerts, checks causes and fixes problems.
Does a replica replace a backup?
No. A replica can inherit damage or unwanted changes from the main system. Independent backups with history are needed as well, see backup and disaster recovery.
Do you work with our IT specialist?
Yes. We agree who does what: monitoring, backups, server protection or the disaster recovery plan.
Do you guarantee no outages or attacks at all?
There is no absolute protection. We reduce risks, set up problem detection and test recovery scenarios. Our obligations are set in the contract.
Is this a full cybersecurity audit?
We check agreed components and basic protection measures, as in an IT audit. Penetration tests, certification audits and specialised studies need a separate scope.
What is MFA?
Multi-factor authentication: besides the password, sign-in is confirmed with a code or a phone app. A stolen password alone is not enough.

How ready is your infrastructure for a failure?
Monitoring and baseline security are in every plan; centralised log collection and security event alerts are in TakeIT (I). A plan price covers ongoing support for your IT as a whole, not a single task. Plans and pricing →
