Every client has a dedicated engineer who knows your infrastructure. You write in a shared chat — and a person answers, not a call centre.
Contract and clear boundaries
The scope of work, areas of responsibility and response times are set in the contract. Anything outside the plan is agreed separately before work starts.

Every engineer has their own account with MFA; actions in your systems are logged.
