How we take over your company’s IT
We start from what you have today, document it, agree responsibilities with your IT specialist — and then we are accountable for results every month under the contract.
How working together starts
We take it as it is
Old servers, messy access rights, one person doing everything — a perfectly normal starting point. We don’t ask you to “tidy up first”.
We get to the bottom of it
An audit and full documentation: what works, what is at risk, where the data lives, who has access and how to restore everything.
We coordinate with your IT
Your administrator stays. We agree who is responsible for what and work in a shared chat and a single task queue.
If needed — we migrate or modernise
When it makes sense, we move systems to European data centres, a hybrid setup or new hardware. To a plan, in an agreed window, with a rollback option.
We improve and support
Monitoring, SLA, regular reports and a development plan. We are accountable for results every month, not for one-off call-outs.
What your IT team gains with TakeIT
Your specialist knows the company from the inside; we add infrastructure, tools and a team. Everyone does what they do best.

TakeIT works with businesses on a monthly contract
We don’t do one-off call-outs — that is how we can take full responsibility for the companies we work with.
A good fit if you have
- 10 to 100+ employees
- no strong in-house IT department
- one administrator “for everything” — and that is no longer enough
- old servers, RDS, 1C or file-based databases that are due for migration
- your own IT specialist who needs a team behind them
Not what we do
- home computer repairs
- one-off call-outs without a contract
- an IT budget under €500 a month
- website development
Questions about the contract, payment and process
If your question isn’t here, write to us and we’ll look at your situation.
How much does managed IT cost for a company of 30 people?
Usually it’s the TakeIT (A) or TakeIT (B) plan. The final price depends on the number of servers, systems, branches and the response times you need — we quote it after the audit.
What is the minimum contract term?
Contracts start at 12 months. That gives us time to put things in order and take responsibility for the result.
Can BAS/1C be moved to a remote server?
Yes. We move BAS/1C with MS SQL Server to a managed server in an EU data centre; users work via RDS over VPN — from the office or from home.
What is not included in the monthly plan?
Hardware purchases, software development and server resources beyond your plan are agreed separately.
Do you come to the office?
Most work is done remotely. On-site visits are by arrangement and under the terms of the contract.
Do you work with companies outside Kyiv?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely, so we work with companies across Ukraine. On-site visits included in the plans are within Kyiv.
Let’s start with a conversation
We work with companies in Kyiv and across Ukraine. Most work is done remotely; on-site visits in Kyiv are included in our plans.
