The latest replica starts on the standby host

A replica is created once a day and the last 3 days are kept. Resources for the start-up are reserved; recovery time is agreed separately.

Regular backups are included in the rent. A standby server is charged separately.

What the cost of IT services depends on

The cost consists of server rental (compute resources, with basic administration, monitoring and backups included), disaster recovery for critical systems, and support for the company’s own equipment: computers, physical and virtual servers.

The “Small business”, “Business Standard” and “Enterprise” server bundles cover typical needs: email, remote desktops, a database and Active Directory. For a different setup, you can build your own set of servers. The TakeIT (A), (B) and (I) IT service plans include IT support for the company and a server bundle of the matching level.

The estimate is preliminary. Before launch we confirm the configuration, licences, data volume and contract terms. The quote can be saved as a PDF or sent by email.
