Networks and VPN between offices: your team works together, wherever it is
We connect offices, warehouses and servers, set up secure access for employees and backup links for important systems.
- Shared systems for every location
- Personal access
- Primary and backup links under control
What gets in your team’s way?
We start with the weak spots that affect daily work and decide what to fix first.
What we take on
From office Wi-Fi to links between sites. Choose an area to see the details.
Office network
A network you can maintain and grow. We connect computers, servers, printers and other equipment.
- We review the layout and equipment.
- We configure routers, switches and services.
- We find errors and bottlenecks.
- We keep the diagram and configuration backups.
Clear infrastructure for your company’s daily work.
Wi-Fi
We plan the network around your premises, interference and number of devices.
- We assess coverage and load.
- We choose where to place access points.
- We keep guest connections separate.
- We test it where you need it.
Settings match how your office or warehouse works.
VPN between offices
We connect offices, warehouses and server sites with secure tunnels.
- We choose WireGuard or IPsec.
- We set up routes to the systems you need.
- We agree rules between locations.
- We test the links and your applications.
Agreed access to systems from every site.
Remote access
We connect employees working from home or travelling.
- We set up personal connections.
- We limit access by role.
- We add sign-in verification where supported.
- We revoke access when a role changes or someone leaves.
Access can be granted and closed for a specific person.
Segmentation and protection
We split the network into segments and define how they may talk to each other.
- We separate servers, workstations, cameras and guests.
- We configure VLANs and the firewall.
- We restrict access to management.
- We check exposed services.
Fewer ways in for outsiders.
Redundancy
We prepare backup links and keep configurations up to date.
- We set up a second provider or mobile link.
- We test failover and failback.
- We design gateway redundancy if needed.
- We monitor availability and keep documentation.

How it works in practice
Typical situations and examples of agreed actions.
The primary link is down. There is a backup path.
Availability checks detect the loss of connection. Following the configured scenario, traffic moves to the backup link.
All states are illustrative. Switching links may cause a short pause and applications reconnecting.
What must keep working when the connection is gone?
A backup provider covers only part of the task. We check the whole path from the workstation to the service you need.
We test the failover scenario during setup: what works over the backup link and what is temporarily limited.
How we connect your company

We set it up
Step-by-step changes, agreed maintenance windows and a rollback plan.
We test
Working scenarios, backup links and documentation.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our routers?
Not always. First we check what your current equipment can do, its condition and support. We suggest replacements only where they are needed for the agreed result.
Can you connect offices in different cities or countries?
Yes, if the links and equipment allow it. Before rollout we check access to systems and the required connection quality.
Will BAS run faster after the VPN is set up?
A VPN provides a secure connection. Speed also depends on latency, link quality, servers and how the application is accessed. We look into slow performance separately; remote desktops often help.
What happens when the main internet link goes down?
If a backup is configured, the network moves to the spare link. There may be a short pause and applications may reconnect. We test the scenario during setup.
Can Starlink be used as a backup?
We assess installation conditions, power, link quality and VPN requirements. Equipment and subscription are agreed separately.
Can access be limited to a single system?
Yes, within what the chosen solution supports. We agree the required resources and set up network and application permissions.
Do you work with our in-house IT specialist?
Yes. We can take an agreed part of the work: VPN, Wi-Fi, redundancy, monitoring or documentation.
Can we order a one-off setup?
We can discuss a separate project. We define the result, the handover of settings and the need for further support in advance.
