A TakeIT specialist helping an employee with a question on her laptop

IT support for your employees on a monthly contract

Your team always has someone to turn to.

We help with computers, software, access and everyday IT questions. One team of specialists, a shared support channel and a clear scope of work in the contract.

  • One support channel
  • A team, not one person
  • Clear responsibility

What we take care of

Pick an area and see what your team can come to us with.

Computers and laptops

When a work device gets in the way of normal tasks, we find the cause and explain what to do about it.

  • We look into slowness, errors and freezes.
  • We set up the workstation and the connections it needs.
  • We tell you honestly whether settings are enough or a repair or upgrade is needed.

The employee gets back to work, and you know the state of your hardware.

Devices, software and tasks in scope are listed in the contract. Hardware, licences and work outside the agreed scope are agreed separately.

From request to result

Four typical examples of what happens after an employee asks for help.

Demo example

I can’t print the contract

The office printer won’t print, and the document has to go out today.

Result: printing works again and the cause is recorded.
Employee’s messageThe printer isn’t working and I need the document before lunch.
ReceivedIn progressResolved
  1. Request received in the shared channel
  2. Connection and print queue checked
  3. Settings fixed, the employee checked printing
  4. Cause recorded so it doesn’t happen again

Resolution time depends on the cause. Working hours and response times are set in the contract. The examples are not a promise of a specific time.

Frequently asked questions

How do employees ask for help?

Through a shared support channel we agree at the start. They just describe in their own words what isn’t working and how it affects them. The engineer works out the technical details.

What does monthly support include?

An agreed list of workstations, software and tasks. The scope of work, schedule and how extra costs are handled are set in the contract. Not sure where to start? An IT audit shows where things stand.

How quickly do you respond?

Response time depends on how important the request is and is set in the contract. We agree it with each client individually. Once we know the cause, we explain what happens next.

Do you come to the office?

Most tasks are solved remotely. Visits in Kyiv included in your plan and the terms for extra visits are set in the contract.

Can you work alongside our own administrator?

Yes. Your specialist keeps the day-to-day tasks, we take the more complex ones and cover for them when needed. We agree who does what, so employees know whom to ask.

Are repairs and licences included?

The contract defines what is included. If licences, repairs or new hardware are needed, we explain why and agree it before ordering.

What do you do when an employee leaves?

At the request of the responsible person, we remove access to email, folders and services, keep work files as agreed and confirm that everything is done.

Who owns the documentation and access?

Your company. We grant permissions only at the request of the responsible person and record changes in documentation you can get at any time.

How many employees do you have, and what gets in their way most often?

Included in every plan: TakeIT (A), (B) and (I). A plan price covers ongoing support for your IT as a whole, not a single task. Plans and pricing →
